This policy explains what CED Solutions, LLC (“CED Service,” “we,” “us”) collects through cedservice.com, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it. It applies to every form and to the chat widget on this site.
What we collect
We only collect what you type in. There is no account to create and nothing to buy on this site.
- Through a form on this site — your name, business name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in the message or request fields.
- Through the chat widget at https://cedservice.com/chat — your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your chat messages.
- Automatically — ordinary server request data such as page requested, timestamp, referring page, and general country. We do not build advertising profiles from it.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare whatever you asked us for, and to carry out work you engage us to do. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not resell or share leads with other agencies or vendors.
SMS and text-message consent
You can opt in to text messages from CED Solutions, LLC in one of two ways:
- By starting a conversation in the chat widget at https://cedservice.com/chat and providing your mobile number.
- By submitting a form on this site that includes your phone number, where the consent language appears with the submit button.
Messages are about your request, your project, or scheduling — we do not send marketing blasts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share information with
Only the service providers that operate this site and our communications on our behalf — our website host, our CRM and messaging platform, and our email provider — and only so they can deliver the service. They may not use your information for their own marketing. We also disclose information where the law requires it.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never included in any sharing arrangement.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to answer you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
