Get found. Get the call. Never miss either.
CED Service is the done-for-you arm of CED Solutions. I help small trades and home-service shops look bigger, get noticed, and stop letting good jobs slip through the cracks — handled by a real person you can actually call.
The Move-In
Already paying for GoHighLevel? Make it earn its keep.
If you're paying $97–297 a month for an account some agency half set up — and you honestly couldn't say what it does for you — I move you into a fresh account with my proven systems already running. You cancel your old bill. Your business never skips a beat.
Reels — how most people find me
Short, local video that makes a one-truck shop look like the established name in town.
30–45 seconds, built around your actual work, with an angle pulled from real local market research — not generic filler some agency would post. It runs around the clock on Facebook, Instagram, and Google while you're on a job.
Your first reel is genuinely free — real, ready to post, no watermark, no contract. I'd rather show you than tell you.
What I can do for you
Get Found
Local video reels built around your actual work, with an angle pulled from real market data — so each one is specific to your town, not generic filler some agency would post.
Reels →Never Miss the Call
Every missed call gets an instant text back. Every lead gets followed up. Happy customers get asked for a review. Set up once and left to run — the way busywork should be handled.
The Move-In →Know Your Market
Competitor pricing, review gaps, and customer complaints turned into plain answers and ready-to-use moves. The kind of edge a big company pays an agency for — sized for a 1–5 person shop.
The Platform, Run For You
The CRM, calendar, and pipeline that hold it all together — set up, connected, and managed for you, and included in what you pay rather than billed separately.
Full Done-For-You
For a handful of businesses, I run everything above as one managed program so you never touch it. This is intentionally limited — there are only so many shops one real person can serve well.
Who's actually behind this

I'm Chris Davis. I live and work right here in Easley, South Carolina.
I've been building businesses since I was a kid, and I've spent the last stretch figuring out how to make the technology the big companies use actually work for the small operator — the lawn guy, the handyman, the two-truck HVAC shop. That's what CED Service is.
Here's the honest part most won't tell you: this is new. I don't have a wall of testimonials yet, and I'm not pretending to. What I do have is a real name, a real town, a real phone number, and a simple promise — I won't take you on unless I can actually help, and you'll always be able to reach the person doing the work. That's me.
If you've been burned by a "marketing guy" who took your money and disappeared, I get it. I'm the opposite of that on purpose.
How I keep it honest
As long as it's just me, I cap it at 50.
This isn't a marketing trick — it's how many businesses one person can serve well. The day I find someone who cares about this work the way I do, that can change. Until then, when the seats are full, they're full — and you're one of a few I know by name, not lead #4,000 in a reseller's spreadsheet.
A plain-English report, every Monday.
Instead of asking you to take my word for it, I show you — weekly. Calls caught, leads answered, reviews earned, and what it was worth, in numbers, not spin. If it's not working, you'll know, and so will I.
Who this is for
Small, local, owner-run shops — usually 1 to 5 people — who are too busy doing the work to chase marketing, and too small for a real agency to take seriously (or to afford one). You know you're losing jobs to the guy down the street who answers his phone and shows up online. You just haven't had a way to fix it that didn't take time you don't have.
If that's you — keep reading. If you're a big shop that already has a marketing team, I'm probably not your fit, and I'll tell you so.
Let's talk
No pitch. Just a real conversation.
Tell me what you do and what's slipping through the cracks. If I can help, I'll tell you how. If I can't, I'll tell you that too — and probably point you somewhere useful.
