CED Systems · New service · Persona Pages

One landing page for everybody is a landing page for nobody.

Your emergency customer, your price shopper, your “just moved here” customer, and your repeat customer are four different people with four different reasons to buy. A generic page makes all four read the same headline. Persona Pages gives each of them their own page — written in their words, aimed at their reason, ending at your offer.

How it works: the Conversion Diamond

Every page is built on the same five-part framework the top direct-response brands use — and every page is a listicle, the “7 reasons” format people actually read:

  1. Proof — real evidence first: your reviews, your results, your before/afters. Proof does the heavy lifting; we never invent it.
  2. Promise — a headline that answers this persona's “what's in it for me?” in one line.
  3. Properties — the facts about your service, stated plainly, including the machine-readable facts AI assistants need to read and recommend you.
  4. Positioning — why you, for this person, against the alternative they're actually considering.
  5. Package — one offer, one price, one call to action. Never a menu.

Emotional reasons (Promise, Proof, Package) carry the page; logical reasons (Properties, Positioning) close it. Each persona gets the same facts in a different order, under a different headline, for a different reason.

Where the words come from: your own customers

We don't guess what your customers care about. We mine your real reviews and inquiries for the exact phrases your buyers use — the problem in their words, the outcome in their words — and the personas come from that: the situations your customers were actually in when they chose you. Then AI does in minutes what used to take a copywriter weeks per page, so a full set of persona pages costs what one page used to.

Proof: we built our own first

We built 10 Persona Pages for our own offers first — one for the HVAC owner with no website, one for the plumber losing midnight calls, one for the med spa with empty Tuesday chairs, and seven more. Each has its own headline, its own 7 reasons, its own objection handling — and exactly one offer. This service page is the eleventh: we sell it the same way we'd build yours.
Built AI-readable, too — CED pages are built to score in the 90s on our published AI-readiness rubric, so the same page persuades the person and the assistant they asked. Our own site's score: 41 → 98. Rubric: cedservice.com/audit-methodology.

What's included

Works with the website you have. Works even better on a CED website — Persona Pages pair with our $297/mo Website + Lead Response (follow-up built in) — but your existing site is fine.

Who it's for

Questions

How is this different from my homepage?
Your homepage introduces your business to everyone. A Persona Page sells one offer to one kind of customer, in their language, with the objections they actually have. Traffic from an ad or text lands on the page that matches why they clicked.

Do you write them with AI?
Yes — that's the point. AI makes 10 tailored pages practical instead of prohibitively slow. The research is your real customer language, the framework is a proven direct-response structure, and a human reviews every word before you ever see a draft. You approve before anything publishes.

What do you need from me?
Access to your reviews (or an export), your offer and pricing, and 20 minutes to confirm your customer types. We do the rest.

What if I don't have many reviews?
Then Proof leans on what exists — your years in business, your guarantees, your before/afters — stated only as far as it's true. Thin proof is a reason to start collecting it, and these pages give customers something worth reviewing.
